I have installed the widget but it doesn’t display as expected

After installing at least one of our widgets, you may not see recommendations appear immediately. That’s because the system needs time to scan and analyze your content. Try clicking on a few different articles on your site and check again in a few minutes.

If you want to figure out what’s wrong with your widgets, please consider the following steps to diagnose:

Step 1: Head over to site management.

Step 2: Click “Diagnose” under the “Actions” dropdown menu button.

Step 3: The diagnoser will tell you exactly what’s wrong with your site/widget, and will redirect back you to our Knowledge Base with possible solutions.
